Our platform provides educational resources and analytical tools related to technical analysis in trading. We're based in Thailand but serve users globally. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, and we're not responsible for trading decisions you make based on information found here.

2. User Accounts and Registration

Account Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to use our platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

This license doesn't include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content. Any unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement. We take such claims seriously and will investigate promptly.

5. Educational Content and Disclaimers

We provide analytical frameworks, educational materials, and tools to help you develop your understanding of technical analysis. However, you're solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. We don't guarantee profits or specific results from using our resources.

Market conditions change constantly. Information that was accurate when published may become outdated. We strive to keep content current but can't guarantee real-time accuracy. Always conduct your own research and consider consulting licensed financial advisors before making investment decisions.

6. Payment Terms and Refunds

Subscription Services

Certain features require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers who haven't extensively accessed premium content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Repeated subscription and cancellation may result in refusal of future refunds. 7. User-Generated Content

Some areas of our platform allow you to post comments, questions, or other content. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our services.

You're responsible for your submissions and agree not to post content that's illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes others' rights. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you haven't made any payments. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory underlying your claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability exclusions, so these limitations may not fully apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless reflectivenerve and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our platform, violation of these terms, infringement of any rights of another party, or any harmful content you submit.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these terms. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you'll cooperate fully with us.

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

We continuously improve our platform and may add, modify, or discontinue features without notice. We're not liable to you or third parties for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of services.

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. We'll post the revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Rayong, Thailand, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. Many concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit to binding arbitration as an alternative to court litigation, except for claims involving intellectual property or injunctive relief.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to when using specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and reflectivenerve regarding your use of our platform. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
